About Michelle
Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience as a therapist, holding licenses in both Nevada and Arizona. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology through the Mindsight Institute. Michelle's clinical expertise spans working with adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages across various settings. She specializes in supporting professionals, healthcare workers, first responders, and fellow therapists facing challenges such as workplace burnout and work-life imbalance.
Passionate about holistic wellness, Michelle is also an experienced yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. Certified at the 500 level with Yoga Alliance, she offers private and semi-private sessions focused on guiding clients towards comprehensive well-being. Michelle integrates trauma-informed practices into her yoga sessions, combining physical asanas with meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga philosophy to provide clients with a holistic path to wellness.
